Located in Virginia, The Colosseum Sports Resort will combine state-of-the-art sports venues, upscale dining, retail outlets, health and wellness services and premium hospitality to create an unparalleled guest experience. With projected annual traffic of 500,000 visitors, the facility addresses unmet demand for quality, service, and convenience in the sports industry.

We’re excited to announce that The Colosseum Sports Resort is now seeking investors for a groundbreaking development project with an estimated cost of $110 million.
We are currently finalizing agreements with investors who are ready to be part of this transformative venture. The general investment range is from $500,000 to $5,000,000 per investor. However, to prioritize local ownership, members of the Stafford community and surrounding areas can invest with a lower minimum of $50,000.
Each investor will receive an 8% fixed annual return starting from day one, continuing until construction begins. Once operational, the resort is projected to generate a 62% gross annual return.
We’re launching the first round of our $30 million capital raise, and we invite sports families, local leaders, and community members to join us in creating a world-class destination and regional landmark.
